I think we can lay down the claims that this poll would be rigged towards FFXIII. WRPG's are more popular than JRPG's nowadays, it's not a matter of quality of one genre versus the other, is the general public perception.

I just hope that people realise that these two awesome games are going to be avaliable to all gamers in the space of two months, which is pretty great :D

Actually it is an issue of quality. WRPG's are quality-wise better this gen than they ever were, which is why their popularity is growing. They are gathering more story which keeps the gamer interested and they can have their effect on the outcome of the world around them. It's well known that both games are awesome, but Mass Effect on the RPG list has to be near the top these days.

well i didnt like ME, and im not 100% keen on the new FF13 direction.

so id guess id prefer FF13 but im unsure of getting it day one

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

I'm getting FFXIII. However, I' looking forward to both because I'm sure if was able to play Mass Effect 2, I would enjoy it.

Mass Effect 2 will outsell FFXIII 360 version.
