It would sell more on the Wii in Japan but not in the west. If it was on the Wii, the characters would look very kiddy, something like a Wii Madden version.

The game wouldn't sell at all in the west, much like the other 3rd party games on the Wii in the west (FF Crystal Chronicles for example) So to answer the question, HD all the way.

Also, that is wrong either way. Wild ARMS came prior to VII and it was 3D.

Only in Japan might (and that's a big might) FFXIII sales be better on Wii than PS3 (no 360 FF in Japan).

The Wii audience is too casual and diverse.
