After I read terms on vgchartz I realize that this site is made by fanatics.

No, you do not. You're just a control freak.

No, actually, I choose what my opinion is. It's a rather natural process.

3. I own this site.

Wrong. Ioi owns this site.

4. If you disagree, I`ll chop your fingers off.

You'd have to find me first. And although that's not so hard, actually coming here and chopping my fingers off would be more work than you'd want to go through. Not to mention the unlawfulness of it all.

5. I can fool anyone to follow me.

I'm not fooled. Then again, maybe you haven't tried yet.

6. I`m a coward because I won`t listen to foreign people`s opinions.

I'm sure this one is true. You are a coward.

7. Liberty of speech? HA! I spit on thee.

Spitting on an idea is quite difficult. And printing it out just to spit on it sounds awfully silly.

8. I will use whatever means to show my willpower.

Maybe that could be something to work on in 2010 instead of arguing which console is the better.
