Surprising that Phantasy Star Online 2 charted. Isn't that supposed to be a free to play game? Or is it "buy to play"?

It did it just two or tree days before release I remember.... tales of Innocence was whole week.. and Ragnarok appeared two days before...

Only persona 4 Golden and hatsune Mike Project Diva f have charted months before its release days.. until now these two games... I hope Soul Sacrifice to chart by the mid of this month...
