Of course, it didn't sell out of its initial shipment, so it is indeed a flop, but wait, MH3 didn't sell out of it's initial shipment either, and yet it's performing fantastically!!!!!!!!
For the record the PSP Go is a flop and MH3 has underperformed, however before I continue this debate with you I must ask you 2 simple yes or no questions:
1) Did Tales of Graces underperform on the Wii? Yes or No?
2) Did Samurai Warriors 3 underperform on the Wii? Yes or No?

Oh, Go's not a flop because it didn't sell out it's first shipment, it's a flop because it's a revision of a system 15m strong and only did 125k in almost a year. It's probably the biggest hardware flop this generation, bigger than even Xbox 360.
And for the record, again please show us MH3 underperformed. Just repeating it alone doesn't make it reality, no matter how hard you'd seemingly like to make it so.
Graces and SM3 both definitely underperformed. Koei expected 700k for SM3... but then they also expected 1m for Gundam Musou (PS3 only btw), 1m for SSM5 (no breakdown given) and 1m for Hokuto Musou (800k PS3, 200k 360)... basically every console Musou game has underperformed this gen from that we know of.
Graces is especially bizarre though, as it actually slightly undersold the cheapo Symphonia spinoff on Wii. Then again, Tales also underperformed on DS every time, so it's not really saying much that Graces only did about as well as those games (roughly 200-250k). The Tales fanbase just isn't on DS/Wii.
