Pokemon will be huge, although when MHP3rd gets a solid release date, preorders will skyrocket.

I honestly don't know which one will have a bigger 1st week. Both are potential 4m sellers, so 1st weeks of 2.5m or more aren't out of the question.

And RIP Metroid: Other M? Only 1 week left.
