Yeah I know that. In EU, I asked the ps blog manager and he told me that the top 10 psn list contains 3-6 vita games every month, an AWESOME feat when compared to ps3. But Sony needs to reveal the figures for SS, otherwise many people will write it off as a failure.

I see it as vitas MH, so it needs to be shown in positive light.

Im prepared...But If Sony continue to advertise the game like that, it could be a long term seller, plus the sales through the gravepine.

Seems Sony wants to make of this game one of their next biggest franchise.

1 point = 1 unit preordered at COMG's stores, it says on their site that the value is as of their store closing each day. People are just extrapolating that data in this thread to estimate the nationwide preorder numbers, since there really isn't much other data to work with concerning preorders in Japan.

COMG isn't providing a nationwide estimate here. It's their own sales data! The same page has their sales of new and used games on it as well. Here's their store locations.
