Forums - Website Topics - Could new members be automatically redirected to the FAQ thread?

I refer, of course, to that one. It needs a few updates, for console tags and whatnot, but noname did a fantastic job making it. And there's no point in his having made it if nobody reads it, because really, who looks through website forum stickies?

These innumerable threads/posts asking "How do I use console tags" and "What are VG$ for?" and (this one still confuses me) "How do I make a thread?" are beginning to get a little annoying. When the information is there, there is no need to ask for it again. Not that it's their fault entirely, they don't know the information is there. It helps us, and it helps them. So, I propose, on signing up, new members are shown:

1) The Terms of Service

2) The Forum Rules

And once they have accepted, they are redirected to

3) The FAQ thread

Would that be possible?

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

I've suggested this for a long long time now. I wrote up a huge separate FAQ/Welcome Message, but Brett seems to have forgotten about it due to his piles and piles of work. Remind him!!
