GTA IV and The Orange Box are games that have 96 (which Uncharted 2 has) and 98 (which Mario Galaxy is the only game it beats) Those others have been beaten by exclusives (Mario Galaxy, LittleBIGPlanet, Uncharted 2). Therefore, the highest rated GAME this gen single, not plural, is GTA IV.

Regardless, none of that will suddenly qualify Bioshock 2 for a 98. Get over it, some people don't agree with you.

Since you quoted me, and won't drop a non-issue, I'd suggest rethinking the question. I gave my opinion. You're derailing you're own thread at this point.

CGI.....you take things way too seriously and take everything as an attack....calm the hell down and stop trying to be snappy with your posts because I know what your trying to pull....hell were not even to 50 posts and your already trying to start something.

No. It being a sequel already decreases its review scores.

To improve on the review score of its predecessor, a game has to be REALLY incredible. ACiT was much better than ToD, lower review score. GoW2 was better than GoW. Lower review score.

No, it won't be a 98 or higher, and no, it won't be the highest rated game of the year.

I honestly and seriously think this game will take a step backwards and will have a lower score over the first one by at least 4 points. That's not to say it will be a bad game at all - 92 is phenominal still - it just won't be as good as the first.
