No, it won't be a 98 or higher, and no, it won't be the highest rated game of the year.
I honestly and seriously think this game will take a step backwards and will have a lower score over the first one by at least 4 points. That's not to say it will be a bad game at all - 92 is phenominal still - it just won't be as good as the first.
