A lot of the games are old, but the current gen games are so bad that I'm better off playing the older ones.

*cough* Well those I've listed are all legal, but I admit that I have some "free" games on my PC at the moment.

Fallout 3 to look if they are good mods available (and there certainly are some very good mods), but I'm going to buy the GOTY edition soon for a good price of around 15€. That's totally worth it even though I have the game also on Xbox.

RE5 too, because I wanted to check the graphics. Unfortunately I missed a VERY good deal on Game.co.uk (6€) and they are out of stock now. I hope it will stay so cheap and I'm gonna get it for sure.

The Witcher also, but I hate that. Played 10 minutes and I think I'm going to delete it now.

HTPC do not make good gaming machines...

My ATI X1600pro runs MW2 great at 720p and looks fantastic on my 37" SONY XBR...

Same here about The Witcher. I was almost excited launching it after hearing so much good about it (from vlad and many others) and I have played 15 minutes and it's just awful! Some of the graphics are good but overall it somehow just doesn't look right, and the camera view, battles and controls feel sloppy and sluggish.

Yeah exactly. I heard many good things about it and so did my brother. He borrowed the game from one of his friends who literally praised it.

We played the first 10 minutes on his PC and were dissapointed.

I still wanted to give the game a 2nd chance. played the same 10 minutes again on my PC and well it was obviously still as boring as it was before. Stopped there and actually didn't gave it a 2nd chance. It maybe deserves 30 minutes more, but I don't see that I'm going to bother with it anymore.

By the way I guess you have the first STALKER installed on your PC ? Did you try Call of Prypiat yet or were the images I did a while back too "scary" ? ^^

Well, yes they were too scary lol. I was so disappointed because I thought Call of Prpyat was gonna show the cutting edge grafix that would motivate me to get a new graphics card soon. I didn't plan to play it seriously because I'm not even half-ways through the 1st STALKER yet but I was looking forward to installing Prpiyiat just to check out the jaw-dropping graphics.
