If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

You know, they should make it so that for example, you got a platinum trophy on GTA4, you get the next DLC for 50% off, and if you get another BAM 25% off or some crap like that. Can even make it free. Not like everyone has 40 platinum trophies. And it sure as hell would keep more people busy with incentives like that. They can also add some premium themes for free. There is so much to do with the trophy system.

I refuse to play Prince of Persia even for trophies because that game sucks majorly. I only ever go for plats if the game is fun and worth the time and effort and of course if it's doable, you do get some silly asks like the 10k kills of Resistance 2 and so on.

One trophy in Prototype was to kill over 50,000 infected. You can beat the game 3 times and land under 15000 infected killed. That's how out of the way that trophy was....

I used to collect trophies but that was about 10 months ago. Now I only platinum my favourite game.

I have 4 platinum trophies.

I have none but I got my first gold (online rank of general in KZ2) and I'm really hyped up about it! I can see myself getting platinums for lbp and infamous though it will take some time.
