Likewise hehe. Still I got a bit excited untill I relaised it wasn't this weeks, I wonder what's going on, at least ioi has given us hints about how the numbers look like.

This is probably one of the hardest weeks in the year to predict.

The hints were pretty much enough for me, it's just that me and about 18 others are in a competition to predict holiday sales and I'm getting antsy since the competition is pretty much over this Thursday, at least until the numbers are finalized in about 3 months time.

Yeah numbers are easier to predict after the holidays since they can go either way.  Sales should now level up,  I just wonder how each console will sell till march,  I've done a few predictions already.

Ah too bad. It was pretty close though, so kudos to them for that.

Also, I was actually kinda surprised just how close this week's PS3 sales were to 360's.

As far as numbers go i see it 15% give or take, vg is not exactly all that accurate.

Also 1.0 or 0.95 does not matter, fact is PS3 did something around 1.9ish million in 2 weeks.

Like I said in the other thread, I think it's a bit premature to say if it broke 1 million or not. I'm 99.9% certain that these will not be the final numbers. Wait for NPD and quarterly reports in a couple weeks.
