If you actually knew anything about the FF series at all you would know this is the new Barret (FF7). They have made lots of similarities between FF7 and FFXIII, although there are lots of new things too

I know who Barrett is and I know he's a duplicate of that character like Lightning is a duplicate of Cloud. 

That doesn't really change the fact Barrett was a giant stereotype too. 

Both of those characters are as bad as anything found in Mike Tyson's Punchout.

right so you really know nothing about FF13

It has been a while since I read about Lightning (or the chick, don't remember if that's her name) but when they described it really was Cloud but a chick.  The fact that she looks exactly like Cloud if Cloud were even more of a woman doesn't help.

Well she is nothing like cloud from the FF13 novels S-E have published in Japan

and she doesn't really look like cloud either in the new trailers

From everything I've seen, Sazh is one of least stereotypical black characters I've ever seen in a japanese video game. (Which might not be saying much, but hey...)

Seriously, the guy has a full head of hair and the next thing you want to add is some watermelon or grape soda?

Maybe the Chocobo seems offensive, where you're from...? :P

I'm kind of curious if they are going to put the other characters for bundles.  But it doesn't seem like they are putting out too many bundles.  Someone said there were only going to be 40k or so bundles. 

 

Maybe they decided to increase their total?
