You can see a person's post history on their profile...

I understand that...but sometimes you want to see what kind of threads someone creates.  Or you want to find an ancient thread you wrote long ago.  Couldn't there be some way to keep a list of created threads?  Essentially it would read like a blog if you think about it.

You don't have enough moderators for a community blog.

Man, please stop the begging to be made a Mod act, re: also reading your signature, I think there are plenty of Mods as it is.

Blogs are a great idea, it gives the site a chance to expand on it's user options.

Double post

Another good reason for blogs is; if people have something they want said, take for example it might not be popular in the forums, but as a blog it can stay there close to you as long as you like for everyone to read, preventing having to do any annoying unwanted 'bumps'.

Fanboy threads would be acceptable as a blog (If for personal blogs), forum flames minimized.

Give us blogs.

I agree with twesterm about community blogs being a bad idea, although an ioi blog with just news about site changes/developments would be useful.

A feature I'd much rather see is the option to differentiate between all forum posts and new topics created, as super_etecoon suggests.

We don't provide the 'easy to program for' console that they [developers] want, because 'easy to program for' means that anybody will be able to take advantage of pretty much what the hardware can do, so the question is what do you do for the rest of the nine and half years? It's a learning process. - SCEI president Kaz Hirai

It's a virus where you buy it and you play it with your friends and they're like, "Oh my God that's so cool, I'm gonna go buy it." So you stop playing it after two months, but they buy it and they stop playing it after two months but they've showed it to someone else who then go out and buy it and so on. Everyone I know bought one and nobody turns it on. - Epic Games president Mike Capps

We have a real culture of thrift. The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games. - Activision CEO Bobby Kotick

I would absolutely turn down a mod position.  I'm not interested.  I was just saying that they don't have enough mods to control the massive amount of hate blogs.

It seems the mods need help with this forum.  I have zero tolerance for trolling, platform criticism (Rule 4), and poster bad-mouthing (Rule 3.4) and you will be reported.
