Reggie said to take it through January NPD data. Unfortunately, that removes NSMB's advantage of being popular everywhere and puts it against MW2 in it's strongest region on it's strongest platform.

So last week MW2 360 sold around 500k worldwide and NSMB around 900k outside of Japan?

^Apparently yes, that's some nice NSMB Wii sales, should be over 6 million by the end of December

Stunning debut. I'm curious what effect it had on hardware sales (100k+ doesn't seem so far fetched now) and if it helped lift other recent key Wii games (Sengoku Musou 3, Taiko Wii 2, PokePark, etc).

yeah i'm asuming it did, especially since we're entering the holidays. I've said it before though the hardware rise might affect some games like SW3 and ToG, maybe legs will tend to be longer. Well we have to first look at this weeks hardware numbers to see and confirm that
