It's that time once again for yet another polling.
Which JRPG series do  you prefer in its entirety?

Let's begin with the I, and end with IX (sorry FF X-XII fans, as of now there are only IX DQ games in total)

(I personally feel it took a while for the FF series to develop into the mega-franchise it is today, whereas DQ has always
 had that particular charm.  On an aside, I should have probably excluded IX, being as I've yet to play DQ IX, but meh,
 whatever)

Comparing DQ to FF is like comparing Quake 2 to Half Life |:

I still prefer DQ to FF, I have never played FF game that would entertain me for more than 1 hour and this won't likely change with FFXIII either.

I probably vote for FF in all games. I didn't like FF 8 but I never played DQ 8 so I can't say if would like it better but I'm pretty sure I would. So its FF over all DQ games except 8.

Final Fantasy. So many games in that series I love to death. Though that's not to say I don't think DQ is pretty great too, but I haven't been exposed to DQ nearly as much as FF. Only played DQ4 and DQ8, against FFIII, FFVI, FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX, FFXI andFFXII.

I would say the greater portion of the close to 130 million people of Japan would call that a gross distortion, but hey, whatever.

Well, the other 6.5 billion pepole on the planet will agree with me :)
