Which Mario exactly did better either first day or first week in the last 2 generations? Please tell me. I eagerly await your reply. It is currently 2k behind NSMB DS which had the largest opening of any Mario title this gen. The first day is close to double the first week of Super Mario Galaxy. I challenge you to find a bigger Mario title.

Wow I guess it really is true... no matter what it seems to be with Wii in Japan, nothing is good enough. Seriously guys a 420k opening day is low and disappointing. With a first week looking to be in the 800k-900k range which would be the biggest opening on a 7th gen console in Japan. Even though FF13 seeks to break it, that the only other title to beat it would be an FF game. Really? Well I guess by their logic it doesn't matter what FF13 does, it is already doomed to not be big as well... or does it not work that way.

Seriously this is a good opener. You can't create your own expectations just to fit your views to make it seem that it hasn't met them. Expectations can't be timely for your own biases so please take those illogical notions out of this thread. This is a sales discussion, not a flame war. I expect it to be held up to high standards not child's play.

Well considering the person who started calling the sales disappointing it isn't surprising really. Crazzyman was never known for his award winning analytical skills. Tip to people who use alternate names. Don't get into an argument with me. I have uncovered a whole lot of people because they rely on the same tired tactics.

And tip to people who think posting such things as they have in this thread, don't argue with me.  I can understand your silly biases pervading when it comes to games and even console discussions but when you are dealing with raw numbers that can be compared and contrasted (and I mean over periods of time not your silly small timeframe scales you use) it just will not work and I won't allow it to.

I had a mod check the IPs. They were the same person. I make it a point to have strong evidence before I try to ask a moderator to do anything. I can give you the long list of circumstantial evidence that supports my theory, and even tell you the mod who did the ip check for all it matters. This is for another thread though.
