Uncharted 2 at present. Still absolutely stunning.

God of War 3 is a close second for me.

I played Crysis 2 on PC so I don't actually know what that looks like on the consoles but it looked pretty good on my PC.

God of War 3 and Killzone 3 for now.
Uncharted 3 and Battlefield 3 later.
Also Gears of War 3.

as much as I hate Lightning and Square Enix as of recent, but Final Fantasy XIII was one of the few, and arguably the most powerful, "wow"s I've ever had based on graphics....

I would go with God of war ascencion. I did not play the game and will certainly not but the graphics is this game are stunning. It is definitely a looker.

Surely it's the last of us on PS3 now

Personally, 4 years later, I still give it to Uncharted 2. I prefer its more colourful look over The Last of Us.
