no idea but my guess is its not gonna sell as well as we hope.

think its destined to go the way of boom blox bash party and house of the dead overkill as wii sequels that dont live up to the sales of the first games.

hope im wrong. got my fingers crossed for at least 50k

So maybe capcom learns that we dont want stupid on rails spin offs.

 

had they made a Resident Evil 2 remake with 4´s gameplay style, now that´s a game that 2 million people would like to buy.

If it bombs hard you would have less games made for the Wii, lol. How much preorders did it have?

I also hope it flops. Maybe then we will get a real TPS Resident Evil. It doesn't have to be RE5 or RE6(and please no remakes) as long as it's a TPS

It probably didn't bomb but on the other hand can't be considered anything successful - yet. But despite Wii games almost never being front loaded, the usual suspects will run and proclaim it a bomb.

A installed base of 55 million.


Do you really think any company wants to bail out on that?

 

They will do whatever it takes to sell. They´re trying the easy way with half assed games and spin offs. If dumb people still buy this, that´s all publishers will release.
