High fantasy sequel Two Worlds II will be released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The console versions will launch alongside the PC and Mac versions of the game, a spokesperson from TopWare Interactive confirmed to DS.

They will also share the same release date, currently scheduled for some time in spring 2010.

Two Worlds II will return to Antaloor and see the player rescued from prison by former enemies to find that the world has rapidly changed since their incarceration.

Reality Pump will return as developer, along with a new engine, open narrative and a variety of environments.

The original Two Worlds was released in 2007 for PC and 360.

Its the game that said it was the oblivion-killer but was utter shit.....I doubt even the sequel will even come close to oblivion.

I actually enjoyed it. It wasn't Oblivion, but an interesting game never the less. I guess I'm one of few looking forward to a sequel.

Definitely has some potential.

Two Worlds was good (on the PC), but it still had many bugs and quite a few bad gameplay choices. Overall I enjoyed it.

I just read sth from Eurogamer said its only confirmed pc and 360.

I thought the same. I didnt know it was going to come to the ps3.
