@Avinash_Tyagi
In the overall aspect you're right, Nintendo pales in comparison to them both. In that aspect, I respect Nintendo by a lot, a whole company dedicated solely to the production of videogames and consoles, since their entrance in the market, now that's dedication ;).

| rafichamp said: I just went on their comments section for Vgchartz weekly sales article, man o man, they are bashing Vgchartz non stop, I mean everyone is, no one is even defending Vgchartz. 98% of them are saying that PS3 numbers are too low and 360 numbers are too high. They agree with the Wii's sales tho. So I am just woundering, what are you guys going to do about this? Are the sales really that off? DISCUSSSSSSSS |
Going back to this, there were 51 comments on that article. I think ~5 were bashing VGC. There was somebody defending VGC, but it was TalonMan. Most people were just commenting on the sales.
Those who were bashing VGC said a variant on the following:
"ZOMG PS3 sold more than that because I say so! And 360 sux ROFLOLOLOLOL"

So the typical intellectual argument of the Internet
Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)
@ Serious )
we would know if he had, because nobody uses as much smilies as he does
@ OP )
yea, that is well known, but discussing it here will only lower the intellectual level of this site as we can see in this thread

The company was never dedicated solely to the production of videogames and consoles.
Sony fanboys think the PS3 is too low and the 360 is too high? (despite the PS3 still outselling the 360)
Man, this is just an incredible shock to me!
| kowenicki said: seriously the sony guys at N4G are the worst. when my gap charts news items first started appearing there they were so against them and calling them biased and innacurate... they love them now!?!? |
That's because the gap/numbers didn't favor their console. Now that PS3 sales are picking up, they're liking them. Your last one failed approval for some reason. Anyways, you can't say anything positive about the 360 and its games over at N4G. They'll eat you alive.
Can someone link to a Crazzyman post? And to the Vgchartz numbers/comments section there.
