In their recent conference regarding their turnaround plans, Sony revealed that more than 33 million users are registered to the Playstation Network as of November 16, 2009.

The online service launched alongside the Playstation 3 a little over three years ago on November 11, 2006. Since then, Sony has expanded the Playstation Network on to the PSP. With the launch of the PSP Go and the resurgence of the Playstation 3, you can expect this number to continue to grow.

people can make alt accounts though.  i have an alt accound on psn.  i think the 5.4M unique log-ins daily is a much more intersting number.

Hmm true although due to auto sign-in the number isn't so much representative either. At least not for online gaming.

That 25PB worth in monthly downloads is usefull since SONY gets 0.16$ for each gig downloaded from publishers. Would be nice to how much of that we can subtract as 1st party stuff though.
