Can you imagine wielding a beam katana using Natal?  Me neither.

It might work with the wand which will probably be released sometime in 2019 though.

You need an analog stick though for movement. It could use the atrocious control scheme of RE5 for the wand, but that seems worse than just remapping the motion controlled aspects to buttons. It really won't take anything from the game at all.

This is true.  I just get the feeling that an analog stick will eventually be added to the wand though.

If not, that controller's functions will be severely limited.

Soooo.

Why are people saying ' no motion controls' when both HD systems are going to be receiving motion controls. Because it won't be released in time? Just wonderin :)

Because the motion controls simply would not work with either set-up. The control scheme utilizes the wiimote for what it is, and no what people wish it would be. You need an analog stick, some gyroscopic ability, IR, and waggle to perfectly replicate the controls. Admittedly the IR is only used during one power up that is semi-rare. Still, neither of the HD consoles motion controls offer a simple solution to replicate. You aren't missing out on much though. You really just need an analog stick and 1 button.

It is?

Oh, is that the one where you shoot balls of energy?  Huh i just thought that you had to keep it center squared.

Can't wait!

Hmmmm only heard good things about this game....until this thread. I might pass now....

I thought it was. I might be wrong. It has been a long time since I played, and the power-up only triggered for me maybe 5 times. It is the energy ball one.

It'd make sense... that power mode blew... i never thought to use the IR to try and move the thing.

I'll laugh and shed a tear simultaneously if the PS3 or 360 version outsells the Wii version. That would basically kill any and all "quality 3rd party games sell well on Wii" argument there ever was if two consoles with half the installed base sold more of the ported version.

I really enjoyed NMH, it's one of my favorite Wii titles. It has quirky sense of humor, great bosses, and the only real flaw in the game for me was the city hub used to get Travis to each area. That said, NMH would lose a lot of fun for me on standard controller. The humor should still stand up, but I'm not sure about the game play.

LoL, didn't get it on the wii, but if they do a decent job on the port, and perhaps fix some of the issues which wii owners criticised, then I may just pick this game up for the PS3...so glad these developers opened their eyes XD

It's been said multiple times that it's not Suda51 putting the game on PS360, it's the publisher putting it on there.

OT: I'll get it used just for the almost-naked girls mode. x]
