Not really.  Naughty Dog stated they make their Uncharted games without the need of playing the previous to know the stories.  Only thing that continued from the first game brought to the sequal are the characters' relations background, but thats expected since ND using the same characters afterall, and thats not really needed to know the actual story of the game.

Uncharted2 most likely has more HOLY SHIT moments.

Uncharted 2. MW2 has enough people to buy it.

Wait...you're actually going to sit there and truthfully oversell Uncharteds multiplayer over MW2? OMG You PS3 guys are hilarious.

1. The game is only 10 hours long and survives off of the story alone.

2. The multiplayer is only a fad unlike MW2 which will last for years and is probably the best FPS experience the PS3 has got.

I would choose UC2. Bought MW2 on release but the plastic is still on it since I cant stop playing UC2

But if you really want an FPS MW2 is the way to go.

lol, wow, you've already made up your mind, and people still say to get Uncharted 2. That's how you know it's the game to get... I only wish people had done the same thing to me so I would have gotten Uncharted 2 over Tekken 6...

You have to be a true Tekken fan to buy Tekken 6 over Uncharted 2. You obviously aren't a Tekken fan. Do not follow hype trains.

U2, head and shoulders over MW2 in all departments. U2 single player will keep you occupied for days and the multiplayer is very refreshing and fun especially co-op.
