I was playing MK64 Rainbow Road, and I beat my record! 4:14

That is the fastest I have ever beat this course. How fast have you guys beaten it?

God what a horrible track that is. especially on 50cc... takes about 8 minutes to do 3 laps.

I can't recall what I managed for it's time trial, I don't think I ever did one so my fastest time is based on racing with the CPUs there.

I loved that track... the "shortcut" took a while to master :)

Rainbow road on F-Zero X was a good track, MK64 version was horrid, short cut or no short cut.

The shortcut for this track and Wario's Raceway were both outlawed by me and my friends.

I love those shortcuts though...

No.  If one person knows how to do it and others don't, it makes those tracks unfair.

lol. i think they should be allowed. the shortcut on RR is actually pretty hard to pull off.

It is, but if you can pull it off and someone else doesn't know how to do it, they don't have any chance at all.

It's been a while since I played this one, but man. There was one track (I think it was Wario's) where you can lightening your opponents while they were jumping, and set them back about 45 seconds! That was the cause of so many fights, back in the day.
