The satisfaction that comes with using the grappling hook in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.

Yes, I love this game so far. Sometime's though the grappling hook can be a little pain in the ass when you are trying to grab a shield or shelf or something.

IDK, I have only spent about 4 hours playing so far. But, the game is really good.

Anyone else find that at times its just too dark? I have gone through a few tunnels and gotten all disoriented because of absolutely no light.

MP3 isn't released here yet so I can't discuss my experience with the game, as it would be, well, non-existant. The greatest feeling from videogaming ever for me was when I persuaded a long-time rival of mine buy Superman64 (I still laugh at that). Be weary, my enemies!

Turn the brightness on your tv up. I had the same problem.

Nice one routsounmanman.

@Super, I really haven't ever felt it was too dark. TV settings perhaps? The Hook works great. The best is when you don't quite pull it enough, and the beam is taut and humming. And you just start yanking back as hard as you can screaming "Come on! Come on! I gotta yank the Jouster's tail!!!"

Really, it's the best motion implimentation on the Wii. Bloody brilliant.

Don't know, I'll have to wait for it to be released here before I can pass judgement on the matter

Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!

Yeah, I will have to adjust the brightness.

The controls are great. I have it on advanced and I reversed the jump/shoot buttons. It felt more natural. I have gotten pretty good at locking the view and blasting everyone. I also find the auto sensing missiles to be much more useful in this game vs MP1/2. Graphics are really good too.

Just a really good game so far.

I thought it was a brilliant use of the Wii-Mote also, feels really natural and it is actually very useful.

@superchunk,

I have to agree with everyone else, I didn't have lighting issues until the end in the space pirate areas. But I think those were somewhat intentional. Play with your settings a bit and see if you can't come up with something that works for you.

To Each Man, Responsibility

This game looks awesome, but I don't want to get it because I never finished MP1 or bought 2.

I don't know why, but I just couldn't really get into MP1. :(

Do you guys think I should just pcik it up anyway?  My brother-in-law says it has the best first-person gameplay he's ever experienced.

I really love the grappling hook, but I actually prefer using the Wii remote to operate all those levers that you gotta pull, rotate, and push back in. That just feels amazing.
