I enjoyed the first few on the PS I always had fun with the cop chases.

Pfft. Mario Kart will top them once they pump enough games out.

What surprises me is that 100 million unites only generated 2.7 billion dollars.

Just for reference, VGChartz has 80  listed Need for speed games including all platforms, with total sales at 57 million. Although we only have numbers for 41 of those.

Mario Kart is at 64 million with 6 titles.

Gran Turismo is at 52 million with 7 titles + 1 unreleased.

Naturally, the Mario Kart and Gran Turismo numbers are more complete than the Need for Speed numbers.

On the most part, undeserved. Some were gems, others turds.

That would mean each copy of a need for speed game had the user create 170 000 vehicle customizations.

Well, there are very few racing games that I like, and hot pursuit is one of the NFS games that I haven't played.

now they can stop releasing them every minute and make hot pursuit 3 please.

but i'll take a bow and congrats them for they made 3 of my favourite racers on PS1 and PS2 ,that i spent hours and hours of enjoment with.
