problem with 802.11n is that it's still draft and keeps changing.
It will also continue to keep changing until 802.11n gets a set standard.
as it stands, not all devices claiming to be 802.11n will work properly with eachother.

anyway, I'm glad they're only charging $100 for the new wireless adapter, thats a more reasonable price imo
funny though that it could be faster than the wired cat5 connection lol!

Controllers - Microsoft Wirless and Wired Controllers are FlawLess for Both Casual and Hardcore Gamers , i remeber playing Halo with Wirless than go Wired and it was the same but it never feels stuck with the AIM ... the Controllers is FlawLESS and imo the best ever Created , dont know why is allways Microsoft giving us the best Controllers - 360Controller and Natal.

Wirless Adapter - Another Triple A Product , Flawless in every aspect , gives u 100MB Speed conection and now you can get the new ones that i cant talk about... 3 years and still running like in the purchase day.

HDMI / VGA Cables - VGA Sony cables are a joke , Ps3 dont do 1440:900 or 1660:1200 its complete joke and HDMI Microsoft cable is the best out there and it works with Ps3.

Headphones - there´s much more headphones compatible with 360 than with Ps3 - Google Turtle Beach X41 or Astro Gaming and they have Microsoft Sponsors. Its not an accident that in Top10 most sold Acessories 5 were From Microsoft , Quality Sells kids , get over it.

They're talking about income, not profit...obviously the margins are higher on a lot of Wii products.  Also, they are leaving the handhelds out of the discussion.  So in terms of gross revenue on X360 consoles, games, and Microsoft brand accessories, yes Microsoft does make more money than Nintendo or Playstation.  Keep in mind that revenue does not equate to profit.

Sometimes paying more for something only means you are doing just that : paying more for something!

For example:

You did know that for distances less than 25 feet a cheap HDMI will work the same as a $100+ cable. That's because it's digital  not analog so you don't have to worry about interference as much.  Now over 25 feet interference can be a problem with digital as well.

 A good saleman can take a $10 cable and convince someone to buy it for $100.

There's only so much bullshit I can take...HDDs are more expensive due to "extensive testing" and quality control? Give me a break. They're standard HDDs in custom casing.

And it's comforting to hear that they probably wont raise the price "in the next couple of months." Wow!

Live at $50 or $100, it will still be infinitely more expensive than PSN.

MS should just drop the LIVE rip-of and make it free. I would buy one 360 in a instant if there was no outrageous online charge (and if I was sure RROD wouldn't hit me).

Most of "$404 million consumer dollars spent" edge are because the LIVE, the controllers sold for PC users and the fact that achievements whores got addicted in to buying games for 360 even if they could get a better and cheaper game on another platform they own.

MS: "Our accessory attach rate is higher than anyone's," ---> Sony should learn form their rivals and make DS3 fully compatible with PC, even more because has the easy blutooth interface. (same for ps3EYE and headset)

MS was really smart with achievements and the PC compatible controller.Sony now has trophies which is a better and more difficult to cheat system, but they took to long to implement and still don't have an official DS3 driver which makes they lose way lots of accessory sales opportunity.

I for one have a 360 controller for PC use even without having a 360, and know if I eventually buy a 360 I would already have an extra controller.

The fact Natal is rumored to be PC compatible with software for it would be a huge MS plus if it was true.

Was that some kind of advanced trolling effort that I'm just too young/old to get?
