Live at $50 or $100, it will still be infinitely more expensive than PSN.
MS should just drop the LIVE rip-of and make it free. I would buy one 360 in a instant if there was no outrageous online charge (and if I was sure RROD wouldn't hit me).
Most of "$404 million consumer dollars spent" edge are because the LIVE, the controllers sold for PC users and the fact that achievements whores got addicted in to buying games for 360 even if they could get a better and cheaper game on another platform they own.
MS: "Our accessory attach rate is higher than anyone's," ---> Sony should learn form their rivals and make DS3 fully compatible with PC, even more because has the easy blutooth interface. (same for ps3EYE and headset)
MS was really smart with achievements and the PC compatible controller.Sony now has trophies which is a better and more difficult to cheat system, but they took to long to implement and still don't have an official DS3 driver which makes they lose way lots of accessory sales opportunity.
I for one have a 360 controller for PC use even without having a 360, and know if I eventually buy a 360 I would already have an extra controller.
The fact Natal is rumored to be PC compatible with software for it would be a huge MS plus if it was true.
