Yes , but only if you decide to actually go into someones game library. I don't want to be constantly reminded of what you own in the forums.

Imagine yourself in a thread talking about a 360 exclusive and someone posts what they think about the game not owning a 360, that's going to be thrown back into their face whether the post was logical or not. Me personally, I want my posts to come as naturally as possible, If it makes sense or not I'm happy with whatever my mind spits out.

I make plenty of decent posts about PS3 games, sometimes praising sometimes not, I very rarely get it thrown in my face.

I'm sorry, I still don't see what the big deal is. Everybody knows what consoles certain users have. Like everyone KNOWS yo_John is a 360 owner, and everyone knows Ghost of Rubang is a Nintendo owner.. Same with killer yoshis. Rol is a Wii fan as well. Leo J and CGI are PS3 lovers. Having little badges next to your avatar is not going to make much of a difference.

The fact is that everybody has their favorite consoles, I don't think this has anything to do with anybody being a 'fanboy.'
