Def. Samus. Her shields are about 10 times more powerful and her weapons are better too. Let's face it, MC looks like he could be Frost Beam + Missile'd pretty easily.

MC is a Elite Marine with power armour. Samus is a intergalactic Bounty Hunter that's on par with Boba Fett. It's like comparing Wedge(SW) or Fett. Fing Fett all the way. So I give this to Samus. Though MC has more style and someone cooler. Samus power suit is well sorta goofy.
