demons souls would have even more sales if they had the sense to release it in europe, i want this game

btw you should play uncharted till you get bored with it so all your time will be Demon's souls only. cause that game is amazing!

I have noticed this too. Which makes sense, really. Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls are amazing games. I just wish I could find a copy of the game...it sold out very fast here.

I think we may possibly see another Demon's Souls. The game had 35k second week, but that could have been due to low quantity left on store shelves as Atlus was then announcing that they are sending more copies out to retailers.

Also, even if we do not necessarily see a direct sequel, I am sure we will see a similar styled game that uses it's excellent control scheme.

The game is currently sitting at 250k sold and doesn't even include the Asian import sales, which usually tends to be ~10% of Japan sales, but in the case of Demon's Souls I am sure it is much more than just ~10% considering how often the game was sold out. The game sold out consistently for about half a year.

I am sure the game is at least sitting around or above the 300k mark at the moment. 400-500k life time is definitely not out of the question. Game hasn't even hit Europe.

It's too hardcore to have much success here, is what Sony told me.

This happens alot when new releases come out. For the first week or two, you see alot of people playing the popular new releases. After that you see them back on Call of Duty 4/WAW and if your on the 360 add Halo/Gears

It's amazing how Demon's Souls turned out. When we first saw the title, most people wrote it off as crud, even MM who now loves it.

I hope this game hits 600K lifetime, and I hope it get's a Eu release.
