Of course most of my games were played b4 trophies and achievements are way more boring then trophies. They have a way better raing system.

I really don't care about Trophies or Achievements at all, which is actually quite odd since I'm a generally a VG completionist, especially when it comes to JRPG's. Gotta do every sidequest of any kind, however the self-satisfaction of knowing I did it is good enough for me.

I did it before the requirement of trophies to PS3 games and I've done it for older consoles and PC games. . .

If a game has trophies, then it provides me with some motivation to want to spend some more time with the game after the first playthrough, but not having trophies isn't something that would make me avoid a game entirely.

I'd rather play through a game because I want to and not because it has trophies or achievements.

I'd like to have trophy in all games, but if the game is good enough (MGS4, Valkyria Chronicles) I don't care that much.
But for every other game (Ratchet & Clank, GT5 Prologue etc.) I wish they were there :(

I must admit I would play a lot more of Oblivion if it had trophies.

I have a very, very hard time playing games that don't have trophies now.  In fact, I have a lot of games that I haven't had a chance to play like DMC4, and I don't know if I ever will now.  They keep getting put to the side because I'd rather focus on playing a game with trophies.  They REALLY need to add trophies to Valkyria Chronicles & MGS4!

Trophies are a nice addition but I don't care about them one bit. Thats why I've put 40 hours into Ratchet and Clank: TOD, 50 hours into GT5P and 70 hours into MGS4.

However if one of my favorite games like MGS4 got trophies, I would try and collect them just because I love MGS4 alot.

I dont really care for trophies to be honest
