I don't think you can really compare the PSP3000/Go to the DSLite/i, because the DS is geared to a completely different (read: casual) audience, and the DSi, with its added functionality, is still the same price as the standard PSP. Launching a new model of a moderately succesful handheld (at least in the States) accompanied by a price increase of $80 isn't exactly the smartest thing to do.
