SoTC running on 60 FPS doesn't even have to be in HD would be epic, would buy in half a second.

however SCEA are the ones who gave the GOW collection the green light, for Team ICO's games it has to come from SECJ and ofcourse every body even 3rd parties are keeping an eye on the sales of the GOW collection since it doesn't cost much to produce and easier to turn profit, So if it does well a lot of games will follow.
