Many are saying GT5 for delayed because of this or that.But i think one of the big reasons apart from it was unfinished with damage and polishing was the FF13 release.

Although FF13 is just releasing in Japan.It is the first place where GT games release first and then after 2-3 months the GT games are launched in US and EU the other two major regions.And if the same pattern were to be followed then if GT5 would have released in DEC this year in Japan,it would have dented its own and FF13 sales.

Both FF13 and GT5 gonna be huge in playing time and content.So if a person buys either of the two game.They would be busy playing it for a long period of time and wouldn't bother buying the other one and when the time would pass,they would kinda forget about it.

Isn't March when the world release of FF13 is?

Silicon - I think so - so release GT5 in Japan when FFXIII hits Americas and others

The real question is:

Is GT5 launching worldwide, or just Japan this march??? because if it's launching worldwide i see the strategy:

It's better to buy a PS3 for GT5 and FF13 than a 360 for FF13...

the developers never give the real completion dates of their games.The completion data was something like a rough estimate.If a developers says that their game is 90% finished then fans start cursing the devs to release the game fast

I seriously think that while its not finished they want to see forza in the wild and get impressions. Damage and online HAS to be perfect with this development time.

It's release is in about 6 Months from now.

Maybe Microsoft has another 6 Months exclusive deal on some Car Licenses for Forza, they would like to include and they decided to just wait it out?

It got delayed because it's less ready for launch than GT PSP.

That's my best guess.
