Did GT5 got delayed because it would clash with FF13 Release

Is GT5 launching worldwide, or just Japan this march??? because if it's launching worldwide i see the strategy:

It's better to buy a PS3 for GT5 and FF13 than a 360 for FF13...

Of course, this is pure speculation...
