Would be a cool thread I think. Not sure if... OMG!!! Had NO IDEA what Geometry Wars is, BUT GUESS WHAT!? I bought a 2nd hand XB 3days ago and along with it came PGR2 and I just saw on Wiki that that's where to find GWars. Woohoo!

Value is relative. It depends on what has value to the individual. For example, I have 0 intrest in Blu-Ray, so that cancels out the "advantage" the PS3 has in that area for me, but for another guy it might be the thing that seals the deal.

On No Other System Can You Download Games That Take Up At Least Half Of The Top Ten Best Games Of All Times Lists. I Assure You That All These Lists Contain: Super Metroid, A Link To The Past, Mario World, Mario 64, Mario Bros, Mario 3, and Ocarina Of Time. Games That Can Only Be Found On Wii.

Hows That For Values?

1. Saying that Twilight Princess was a reason the Wii had more value is like saying that the Gamecube had more value. Period. Should I brag the PS3 had..NBA07 and say that it had more value than everything else because of that....even though the PS2 had the exact same game?

2. Quantity =/= quality. I'll take FFVII over 10 different iterations of Mario saving princess peach while hopping on goombas. And I'll take Halo: Combat Evolved over several iterations of Link saving Princess Zelda from Ganon

I tried reading youre post. But then my eyes started bleeding.

Responding to the title of the thread, the worth of a console is each individuals opinion. Some may adore scribblenauts and so a ds is worth more then a psp. But to others they may like (insert good exclusive psp game here (cant think of any)) so to them it is worth more than a ds.

Firstly, why do you capitalise every word? It's annoying for you, and for the reader.

Secondly, I disagree completely. What if somebody didn't WANT to play Zelda on the first day? What if they'd rather play LBP, Uncharted or MGS4; or Mass Effect, Halo 3 and Gears of War. This is the typical "My opinion is right and yours is wrong" thread that annoys me so much.

And wow, you can download 20 year old classics. Very good. I might as well be a cynic here, and say that with an emulator, you can play them for free. Though since Linux has been removed from the PS3 Slim, there goes that.

To be honest, I'd love to play Twilight Princess because the 2D Zeldas were awesome, and I've never tried a 3D one. However, I would rather have the games on PS3 (or 360) than that one game I want on Wii (two if you count Super Mario Galaxy, which I want somewhat)
