Naz is in charge of staff. There's no question that Brett is the boss, but Naz is basically his lieutenant and his high-level enforcer. It is why Naz seems like he runs the place in the context of the forums: Brett wants it that way.

To be honest I usually don't notice the mods. I recognize the database admins like zexenlowe/olist much more readily but that may because I've gone on database adding sprees in the past.
