the way I see it is :

exclusive to Forza 3

there will be 29 classic models from Ferrari

that's a "collection"

not all of the models of Farrari but quite a bit of them.

that once again does not mean other driving simulator's cannot have Ferrari models which your picture show's right off the bat that they can indeed have Ferrari models, maybe not as many as Forza 3 . but that's why Microsoft put this info out.
