the 10 player online is what ruins this game beyond all hope for me. 10 people in 2009 is pathetic.

Gears of War 2 "only" has 12, so I don't see the outrage here.

Splitscreen is NOT a free thing to add. They are trying to get the game to look good on the Wii as it is.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

I bet it is intentially left out so people get their asses online and play against others.

Maybe Nintendo's way of pushing people onto the online scene (ie trying to become more like the other two consoles with their online systems)
