How many of you existing 360 owners care for playing WiiFit or WiiSports on your 360?

I love wiisports.
I'd play that on the 360. Not that interested in wiifit.

But this would probably add 50-75 bucks to the whole thing....don't know if that is a good idea.

The 360 is already so cheap, and by the end of 2010, it will be even more. So 50-75 wouldn't add that much to the cost of the 360 then. And besides, your getting an XBOX 360 with NATAL. What better deal is there than that?

Ok, but realize that even now, the 360 doesn't have price dominance over the PS3.....if they added a heap of equipment that will probably add to the cost......basically destroying and reversing a big advantage that MS had of sony.

If it does add to the cost then it will either be seen as not needed extra or a big selling point that the 360 has over the PS3. Given the publicity Natal has been receiving it's looking like the latter.

Doesn't matter what you think of it or if it's actually needed it's what the public think of it and a load of good publicity can sway them.

What publicity?

Go to a random group of people on the street and ask them what the Wii is and I bet every single one of them will know. Then ask them what Natal is and you'lll probably get blank stares.

Consoles owned: Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, PSP, DS, PS3

Lol. So there has been no publicity or even hype around this on major news sources and entertainment shows.
MS will not capitalise on the no publicity and non hype there hasn't been already closer to when it's released informing the public about this.

Yes if you was to ask a random person in the street if they know what a wii or Natal is they would know about the wii but probably not Natal but if you had asked these people when the wii was first announced if they knew what the wii was you would have got blank stares.

Once the wii got recognition from the press etc then these people learned about it and people who wouldn't normally buy a console bought it.

That's what happens. To actually pretend there has been no publicity on Natal and people haven't been talking about it is well, laughable.
