Mass Effect was never made to be great on PC. The only thing the PC version had over the 360 version is that it lacked the bugs.

Not exactly. It also added a much better team control system, which really helped the game a lot. This coming from someone who has played both versions all the way through many times

Thats bullshit. The team controls only changed in part 2 where you can control your team mates individually. The PC version has the same controls as the 360. As i said, it was only the bugs that got fixed on the PC version. The major difference between the PC and the 360 version is the entertainment quality of you immersing yourself into the game. On the 360 you enjoy gaming like you are watching a movie and becoming apart of the game. On the PC, you play in stiff positioning. I've alost played Dead Space on PC and the 360 and the 360 is far scarier and has less lighting. Things were so bright on PC compared to the 360's lower quality that it gave it a darker, grittier effect. I wasn't freaked out by the PC version at all. Of course the PC version is always pirated.

Your post is full of ignorance:
- The controls of the PC version are indeed better because you can actually aim in combat, which the X360 gamepad barely allows you to do!
- They made several improvements, such as higher texture resolution and improved inventory system.
- The Mass Effect DLC is completely free for the PC version.
- You can play the game with a gamepad, on your HDTV, sitting on your couch, on your PC. The "you play stiff positioniong" is a terrible excuse, especially when 90% of console gamers' time they're playing sitting down just like PC gamers!

I may not have played Mass Effect on PC, but I have experience playing PC/360/Xbox multiplats and this is what I've noticed.
1. PC emphasizes graphics and light quality, while the 360 or Xbox focus on immersion and shadow play. Take Dead Space for instance, I wasn't freaked out at all when playing the PC version. I was more in awe of how crisp the game looked; however in the 360 version because of all the shadow play freaked me out when creatures appeared out of nowhere and the freaky sounds started. The PS3 version has much better use of shadow play on than 360 (based on the PS3's technology, which can also be found in GTA IV), so those who bought it on that must've had a good time as well. I prefered the 360 version of GTA because of the controller and quality of light and shadow that the PS3 just couldn't give. Not to mention the extra DLC.
2. PC games feel like I'm dragging around a drone with a mouse in a point and click manner with third person games such as Dead Space. Xbox 360 controllers aren't exactly the pinnacle of the feeling, but I get rumble and I recieved fluid movement. I guess thats why PC guys love to rip PC games and use the 360 controller for some of the games (I've seen it).
3. PC games like Street Fighter IV that are ripped by PC guys tend to have major glitches and slowdowns in normal matches. I have never experienced this on my consoles. I've played it at a friends house and it isn't that great on PC. It's something, but there is no PSN or Xbox Live, no trophies or Achievements.
4. PC games have to be downloaded to the PC large amounts of the time and 360 versions don't.
5. Halo was prettier on the PC, but ran like shit on the PC. It was much better on the Xbox and felt more human. I felt like I was almost playing an Unreal Tournament game instead of a bungie title.
6. Console gamers may sit down like PC gamers, but they sit down in more comfortable positions where they can look back and appreciate the entertainment value for what it is.
