8.9 is a too high for a repetitive game, which only selling point is the 2D graphics, which is what this game is all about.

Just about all games are repetitive in some way.

 

OT:  I was getting this game regardless of score.  Probably pick it up after I beat Okami.

I hope so. I'm not a fan of very long RPGs, but I want to get a little more than 20 hours out of them.

The review was great, great number for graphics im definintely getting this soon but money is kinda tight right now (just spent my last amount of my money on RE Archives)

It's already out? I didn't think it was coming out until next year....whoa am I behind.

i do, and you know i've been tellin you a long time this was my most anticipated third party game, but i don't agree that its an 8.9 game, the gameplay just isn't there.
