New updates for the last two weeks. Seems there actually was an adjustment made after the NPD numbers. So there I get for opening my mouth :D

The adjustments this week were all under 1k, and not worth mentioning, but last weeks were:

Wii - DOWN 35k
PS3 - DOWN 40k
Xbox - DOWN 50k

And all of that in the americas. So. There you go.

Nothing much this week. Only a slight downward adjustment for the americas for all consoles:

Wii - DOWN 1k
PS3 - DOWN 3k
Xbox - DOWN 4k

why hasnt the ds been adjusted nintendo only shipped 128 milli on 31st and vgchartz had it at more than what theve even shipped let alone sold

Actually, VGChartz has it at 128.7 sold, vs. the 128.9 shipped figure. But yeah, I'd say it's overtracked by at least 500 000 units. You'll see adjustments once they figure out where the numbers are wrong, if Ioi really thinks they are. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks.
