But they won't do it.

The strategy of keeping your audience on one console has worked so far for Nippon Ichi and Gust, and Atlus is almost as niche as those two.

What is taking WKC so long anyway?

They did what they did to Rogue Galaxy. They spent some time polishing it up and they added many extra features to the title. We're getting a more complete product and Level 5 is re-releasing the game in Japan with all this extra content.
