Exactly, i know a guy that was 6'3, about 320 pounds, yet had barely like a 8 percent body fat ratio, but tell him 300 pounds is huge and disabled weight, and he will show you just how capable he is, hahaha.

Japan is one of the probably healthiest countries in the world. (in terms of obsesity) go to Japan, and you dont see fat people like here. Hell, ever see Japanese food eating champions? American competition food eaters are huge, while the japanese competitors are like 5'6, 130 pounds, its ridiculous. Hell, the hot dog champion for like 4 years straight was a japanese guy that small.

Based on the pic thread dark requiem is the only guy this threatens? He looked seriously well built (prob 250-300). How heavy are you dude?

wow, he must have been exceptionally muscular, because if anyone remembers the show Gladiators, most of the main male gladiators were between 200 and 280lb, even the tallest ones.(this is UK by the way dunno how heavy the US ones were)

 In fact when you see those stongman competitions they are rarely above 300lb.

The guys in gladiator were in really good shape, but not exactly like buff, well, to some people. Yeah, this guy was huge, a little bigger then the person your showing there. It was ridiculous, he had problems having his arms fit through shirt sleeves.

What did you expect? That is holds 1000 pounds of weight? I think 300 pounds is just fine.

and I thought I weas getting overweight at 140 lb.
