Cool. I'm going to use it a bit too. I think we should all promote it a little. It seems like a waste of a good feature.

Why do you have to add people to the instant messenger who are already on your friends list on the site? Shouldn't they be automatically added? I shouldn't have to add them all individually. Wouldn't it be better if there was a dedicated desktop IM app for this? Or make it like facebook chat?
