Forums - Sales - unbelievable, no PlayStation 3 Slim@amazon

A. Logical! Clearly competition has nothing to do with Sony dropping the price. I wonder why the Wii hasn't had a price drop?

B. Those are the best examples you could find of bashing?

The first one was actual curiosity. I'm shocked that Crackdown didn't make a profit having sold 1.5 million copies and not being a particularly outstanding game. I would naturally assume more money is put into PS3 1st party games and several of those titles have much of their sales from bundles.

The second one is me simply pointing out being sold out doesn't always equate to outstanding sales. Although I'm rather positive PS3 will be the best selling console in the coming weeks.

Just because I'm not being optimistic doesn't mean I'm bashing.

Does VGChartz track Amazon?

So you just guess that Sony's throws money into their first party games, and where do get the idea that many of them get their sales from bundles. The only ones with large sales from bundles are MotorStorm, Resistance, Gran Turismo Prologue and Uncharted (well only 500k)

And I generally get the feeling of a PS basher from you

@Seinfeld: Don't get into an argument with CGI. You won't win. Ever.

I don't even know how to respond to this...

At least wait until I bash the PS3 before giving me the moniker "PS basher."

You don't have anything Sony-related in your avatar/sig. Thus, you are a Sony basher.

God, some people are slow. Right, guys?

It's things like how you say that the Slim sales don't mean anything if they are sold out on gamestop and then the same thing at amazon and just so negative all the time

I don't like this guy calling himself Seinfeld and using a similar avatar to mine. I am the original Seinfeld poster here... Oh well.

OT - This is good news I gues but as several pointed out, no numbers can come out of this.

Regarding the question "Does VGC track amazon?". Well of course it does as this sales tracks sales. However, I have no idea if it receives data from amazon (much like NPD does not receive data from Walmart though of course it tries and include Walmart sales in its figures - hence the use of the term "estimates" for all sales figures).

Elaine: I will never understand people

Jerry: They're the worst.

Damn this was quick for the slim to sell out
